With the help of a friend I decided to run a 5k. It was good to see some of my fellow runner friends in the race and as spectators.
Although I'm not in shape at all and still in recovery mode it was a good feeling to be in a race again. Did around 29 min, which is not bad while doing it with a bad knee. The knee hurt a bit in the beginning, but as I continued the run it went off. Actually I feel pretty good now.
I'm starting strengthening sessions in the gym tomorrow until I start training for IM. Which by the way, yesterday I was preparing the diet, nutrinional supplements and schedule for it. I'm very excited!! :)
