So basically today was my last Saturday of freedom before I start training next week. What better way to spend it than going to the beach.
Since I haven't run in a while (like 2 months) I need to regain my cardio pronto. So I decided that the beach will inspire to get back my mojo.
Although at 1 mile I was coughing and puffing already (I am amazed how one can loose there powers so quickly!), that didn't stop me, plus the breeze and the view was unmatched.
After a hour run, I found my friend Ari having a yoga class in the park and took advantage for some streching. After that I went for a quick splash on the sea.
